Activities

The Ashram offers two seasons of open satsangs and evening meditations per year, the first from February to April, and the second from October to November. The ashram also offers four non-residential retreats during the months of March, April, October, and November.

Satsangs and meditations are offered free of charge, but conscious donations are welcome and graciously received.
During the remainder of the year, the Ashram is closed to the public while Swami Atmananda Ji, the Head Monk of the Ashram, is in retreat, or teaching in Southern India or abroad. The foreign programmes for seekers from around the world include satsangs, meditation sessions, and intensive Residential and Non-Residential Retreats on Non-Duality.
